Saw them at The Rave in Milwaulkee in the Blackest of Black Tour. Very impressed. Lots of sweet variations in the guitar solos, preformance blew away the other bands. Friend of mine ended up with a signed drum skin. Dimmu Borgir really disapointed me 2 members of the band were not there and Shargath just sort of stood there the whole performance. Hail True Metal!

Man I agree! I seen the Atlanta show last month and it was torture listening to Dimmu Borgir and winds of plague, Skeleton witch. I didn't get it cause they are completely different than danzig. It made me appreciate Danzig more then ever when he did come on stage after the others bands tried to make me leave HaHA! Danzig did rock this song live also!

Chuck Biscuits=very underrated. If you hear Danzig with their other drummer the sound just does not have that same depth. Chuck had such commanding licks. Especially if you saw him live. He THRASHED his drums. I have his drumstick from New Orleans Music Hall NYE show 92. What a great band. Classic song!

Venom didn't even form until 1979 for Satan's sake! Blue Cheer are decent I never credit one band for creating an entire scene or genre of music though. Blue Cheer, Mountain, Steppenwolf, Cream, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, and others were all known to play heavy music in the mid-late '60s. Black Sabbath were the darkest of the greats so will forever be credited for influencing so many of the bands most of us love like Danzig, Rollins Band, and others.
