I lost my dad suddenly when I was 7, and had no real memories or video or messages. Randy's passing is so sad, but his kids are so blessed to have so much video, and specific messages from him. He was so wonderful to leave them that legacy, and I think it will comfort his kids, even when they are grown.

yeah, everyone seems to have one and are quite pleased being stuck on the most unreliable and useless AT&T network (more time spent using the WiFi than the regular data connection). I wonder why. iPhone is really limited in such things as battery life, ability to replace the battery, and expandable memory. No such issues in the Storm exist. Yes, the wow factor of the iPhone is spent and when people tear into the phone, the innards are pure junk.

yeah, iPhone 3G if you want to be stuck at some coffee shop for your data transfers. Also, if you want to be "stuck" in Apple's proprietary domain. The future is Open Source software and DRM free music. iPhone users should unshackle their chains and buy the G1 from T-Mobile or the BlackBerry Storm. BTW, you can't change out memory cards or batteries in the iPhone (sorry).

Is it really necessary? when do people really use WiFi on their cell phones anyway? Verizon has the best data connection plan available. I certainly don't need WiFi access at home, and whenever and wherever I need access, WiFi is just simply not available. I shouldn't have to run to the nearest Starbucks to get some sort of decent or fast connection for my data. Simply put, if I'm in the office, I use my workcenter for access. If I'm at home, I use my laptop or desktop for quick data access.

After reading numerous negative reviews I've noticed an echoing trend, the cry over WiFi. Hmmm, if I'm at a hotel, I usually have my laptop and smartphone (so if I need WiFi & want to pay for that WiFi; I can). Over the last year of my travels, my Verizon wireless modem has been a godsend, has excellent rate of speed and coverage. I'm sure Storm users will have the same experience whenever they need to access data. The phone should switch over CDMA/3G when one or the other service is inaccesible

Apple certainly didn't invent the touch screen (also referred to as a 'natural interface'), though they'd love for people to believe that. i understand that it is an amazing feat to do all of those things relatively well, but all I am arguing is that it is 10000000000X more entertaining to watch Usain Bolt run a 9.6 than Clay go 10.5, or Dayron Robles go 12.8 than Clay go 14.1, or Stefan Holm go 2.39 than Clay go 2.10, or...you get my drift. yes compared to the best, but my point is to do all of them as well as HE does them makes him great. For instance, I am a 58m plus discus thrower, but I cannot come Close to jumping 25 feet in the long jump, or running sub 10.4 in the 100. So to do all of them is GREAT. Call him an awful hurdler, but I don't think you, or most people can run 13.7 with exclusive training, let alone with 9 other events to worry about.

I had a choice between playing D1 Football and D1 Track, for the Decathlon. I ultimately chose the Decathlon (which was a hard decision to make), and I compete at a big time D1 University. Compared to the Decathlon, football is certainly not that difficult, and the football players I work out with know it. I'd assume you're thinking that my football buddies are pussies, but I go to OU. The Decathlon, my friend, is the standard for pure athleticism.

Football is a mob sport, therefore you don't get the full glory of a victory or the full blame for a loss. You never really know whether it was you who won or your team. In track YOU KNOW. Actually, I do think that some tracks on this CD were live, in that they were recorded by the group all at once, as opposed to laying down tracks one at a time. So, while there was no audience there, I think it was a live, whole-group recording.
