If I tell my child not to go near a fire, it has nothing to do with scare tactics, it has to do with the very real danger of being burnt . It's called teaching the truth , and it's a good and right thing to do . As for logical thinking, what bullshit. The greatest mind who ever lived knows less of God then a faithful child . Logic means nothing compared to hope , faith , joy , purpose etc . You have none of these and you live your life very much afraid , but of course, you'll never admit it .

I don't actually search out sites , I just post comments on comments' boards . It's that simple. And it's not anger , it's frustration. I've debated with many atheists and they all spout the same dull rhetoric; why doesn't God do this/that etc etc. I long to meet one who asks a real question . And being a Christian( of sorts ) you needn't reply. You can have the last word .

I never said there wern't noble Christians. I've known many in my life. It's you who came to this site and started the rant about music being evil and all that nonsense, not me. So, don't try and twist the facts. I don't search out relgious sites and post my anti religious beliefs. It seems Christians everywhere do that. Anger will get you nowhere. Actually , you're the one that sees it that way. You read about a corrupt member of a clergy ( any faith ) and condemn the whole . In the meantime you are totally blind and oblivious to centuries of dedication, silent noble lives of prayer and sacrifice, generosity, charity, good works , and so on , century after century . Thanks for proving my point. I haven't been arguing with you, but you on the other hand see it that way. That explains all the insults and cursing. True Christians usually are more than willing to have a conversation and explain their point of view. Like I said, you must have been recently converted. When organizations get big and powerful, then they become corrupt. Religion is no exception. Surely you don't believe that such organizations aren't corrupt. Many scandals are such proof.

What the hell does "I said I didn't believe in organized religion" mean . Think about the absurdity of that remark. Does it mean therefore that you believe religion should be " disorganised "? That people should turn up for services whenever they like, that clergy should not exist, or that a man could become a priest one day , then quit, if he doesn't like the hours . Can you imagine if say the army functioned this way. You are beneath contempt mate and not worth arguing with .
