I remember the first time I ever saw this footage was when it was spliced to "Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds" on the video "The Compleat Beatles." I thought, "When did The Beatles look like this?" Come to find out later, this is in February of 1968 before they left for Rishikesh, India. When they came back that May, they would start looking like the "White Album" period Beatles.

This song just kills, pisses me off that they could do such off the cuff, seemingly non-sense yet so full of hooks and uber clever arranging and G.M.'s production that even the silly shit sounds planned/perfect, when I was 7 years old I thought this was the catchiest song I ever heard, now over 40 I still think so, yet people considered to be just a throw in ? Once again, I am humbled by Beatle music, forever smitten by the magic that was and alwasy will tower over the musings of mortals!
