I read an interview with John that in the early days, they gave George one song per album to sing lead vocals. Later on in the final few years, George's song-writing skills had greatly improved and he was on par with John/Paul (Paul admitted as much) so he got more chances. Something and Here Comes the Sun rank right up there on the list of top Beatles classics. I wish they'd put out a CD of George's Beatles songs. I would buy it

Sounds kind of like a less progressed version of my band, when we first started out in the music biz a few years back. But now we've progressed, and I think most would agree that we've advanced past the level that "The Beetles" are on. If you'd check out our songs on our channel I think you'd agree with me. Their voices in this video are modulated and higher frequency because the audio just happens to be crap, this is an old transfer. If you look for the version on the Woodstock dvd or the kids are alright dvd (on youtube you can find) their voices are fine and dont sound warbling.
