Actually it wasnt. On the history channel, they did an experiment with balloons tied to flares. On camera it looked NOTHING like how the lights look (many sightings share those characteristics). Flares have residue that bleeds off, and smoke that rises from the flare off top. Not saying it was an alien ship, but it damn sure wasnt flares. That should've been obvious.

Yeah he thinks that what another officer described as a 'structure', which stopped over a cops car, caused it to lose power, shone a bright light on him then moved off, his car coming back to life... was a 'fireball'... Then of course this 'fireball' had previously lingered over residents houses and had police and emergency services following it etc etc...
