big difference how eddie used to sing this song in the early 90's and the way his performance is these days; now it seems to lack of intesity, vibration and feeling. iN THE 2000'S the growling and certain tones don't electrify anymore in the way he sings songs like alive, dissident, once, why go, jeremy, leash, etc, etc..anyway, he`s still a really great muscician and powerful singer though....pearl jam is an awesome band...

yeah, you're right. it happens to some singers that they can't keep sounding the same after through years, but a lot more they do sound the same, and even when their voices have changed a bit, they keep giving the same feeling and vibe the their crowds. Eddie still has a powerful voice, no doubt abou it. See the performance he did in the Rock Honors the Who, his voice was amazingly powerful. Maybe he just wants to sing the old PJ stuff with some style.anyway, I agree, he's A number ONe...

Wonderful to see this footage. Apart from seeing him play and hearing him talk, what an amazingly atmospheric piece of film.........the mist, trees, dogs, pump and no cars. Truly a vanished world. First came across him on the soundtrack of Zabriskie Point in the 60's playing "I wish I was a single girl again"; great to now have albums on amazon and footage on here. Rabies virus does not live outside the body. You have to actually get bitten by a racoon, bat or other mammal to get rabies. Keep your dog food in a metal garbage and inside the house, never out at night. Racoons are cute, not evil. People are evil and ignorant for destroying racoons. If you don't feed them they won't bother you. But if you want to get some good pictures, set up a feeder far from the house and use a spot light! You could make some awesome coon videos!

Why throw out the dog food? Just give it to the racoons. Put it further away from the house so they will go there instead. They are probably starving most the time and raiding dog food and garbage cans. So if you set it far away from the house they will learn to go there instead. Of course squirrels and fireants love dog food that is left out.

Great acting too & well directed: it actually seems like a documentary & as if the characters are being themselves and NOT acting though it's farfetched enough with moments of utter hilarity to know that it's definitely a mockumentary - that's not to say a Tongan couldn't be the NZ Mens Badminton Champ ;) Runga-Nui's to 'thedownlowconcept' crew (the camera guy in the changing room mirror is really hot my, uh sister says)

I just love this song; my family is most likely moving to Altoona, which is an old railroad town in the PA mountains, and most ofthe houses there have front porches, something my Mom has always wanted, and we were talking about it and this song came up so I just HAD to look it up; I can't wait to move my Grandma's family is there, and i have wanted to move there for the longest time now, I just love it there so much!!! Actually, many think I sound almost just like Tracy Lawrence. I know ALL his songs! I've been singing & playing Pino/Moog/Synths & Harp since I was 4 yrs. old! Most all my family (Both Sides) play many different instruments. We'd get together & play the Legions, etc. I was "Lead" singer :>{} My two older brothers can sing as well.
