You are right, about the mother who had a child out of wedlock, along with HER many lawsuits, alleging mortgage fraud. His current fiancee, fought a bank, and should be commended with her fight against lenders. Especially, with what the country is experiencing with Wallstreet. I'm not sure which girlfriend Davis and Ralston are referring to. All the news articles mention at least 2 girlfriends. On the face to face segment, Davis didn't seem to be aware of a girlfriend dealing with mortgage fraud. I believe Davis is referencing to the one that Mosley had a child with out of wedlock. I guess this is the part of this jibjab that mentions Mosley's moral compass is broken. I would say these are facts that voters should be aware of.

It's not negative campaigning when you point out the facts. It is a fact that Judge Mosley was disciplined by the Supreme Court for 7 seperate ethical violations. Including failing to timely recuse himself from sentencing an individual when trying to recruiting that person to testify for him in his child custody dispute with his girlfriend. It is a fact Mosley testified he gave $10,000 of his campaign funds to his girlfriend when the rules explicitly stated that you should not. Check the facts!

I hope you can take a deep breathe and watch it without being defensive. Denial is not a healthy place to be. Who is #1 is not as relevant as who sets the best example (green/human rights/self sufficiency etc). Oh, and by the way, the most secure do not feel the need to shout their accomplishments.
