Definitely maybe was a powerful debut. Morning glory was the epic magnum opus. I look as Be Here Now not as a disappointment, but as a fun celebration of rock n roll's overblown decadence, for better or worse. If it/s not as good as the first two, it's like getting a Porsche Carrera after you've gotten two Ferraris. Still a top car, and i'm gonna enjoy driving it....

Nostalgic isn't it? Similar for me as well, except for I grew up in Carlton, Nottingham. I remember my Dad pull up in his old 70s car, with the news on in the background, he'd come in, hang his coat up and sit down with his paper.
