Crema pasticcera a cui ho aggiunto del cioccolato fondente, questa e la stessa che ho usato nel video della decorazione ;-)
Se vorreste farla al caffe' (vi consiglio di provarla) dovete sostituire 50 g. di latte con 50 g. di caffe' ristretto e proseguire con la ricetta ;-)

Ti ringrazio per la pellicola non lo sapevo l'ho visto fare tante volte in tv nei programmi di cucina quando hanno preparato le creme, di solito io me la metto vicino mescolo e raffreddo. Ho appena fatto una ricerca e ho visto che la Coop ne vende una senza PVC Per cui spero che leggano e comprino quella della Coop senza PVC Grazie tantissimo Per la pentola in teflon lo so, ma al momento avevo quella in mano e non ho fatto caso. La pellicola deve essere senza PVC se la si mette a contatto con la crema perchè la normale pellicola non va posta a contatto con grassi animali (e nella crema c'è il latte che a meno non si scremato contiene grassi). In secondo luogo nelle pentole Antiaderenti è preferibile non mescolare mai con utensili metallici. Sempre e solo Silicone, plastica apposita o legno; Altrimenti il Rivestimento in teflon si deteriora liberando acido perfluoroottanoico (cancerogeno).

Il latte se guardi lo verso dalla pentola proprio perche caldo, si beh e come faccio io pero io verso tutto il latte alle uova e poi cverso tu dici di metterne prima un mestolo mescolare e versarlo sul latte. Essendo allergica al lattosio e non potendo bere caffè mi sono ingegnata Ho fatto la crema classica[con l'uovo ma volendo puoi mettere in sostituzione delle banane schiacciate con un pò di limone]con il latte di soia[valsoia per la precisione], poi invece dei savoiardi ho messo dei biscotti di riso buoni e li ho inzuppati nell'orzo,detta cosi può non piacere[mio fratello ad esempio era molto scettico] ma ti posso assicurare che è tutto molto buono =)

Sempre io, scusa se mi intrometto sempre. Posso dire la mia? Io non peso gli ingredienti, seguo la ricette della mia povera nonna e di mia mamma, loro usavano per ogni tuorlo 2 cucchiai di zucchero, 1 di farina e un bicchiere di latte, un pezzetto di scorza di limone, addirittura a volte metto da freddo. Sicura mente pesando i cucchiai siamo + o - sulla tue dosi, però con i cucchiai si fa prima. Scusa ancora, adesso non commento più.

complimenti kmq, da parte mia è meglio portare il latte ad ebollizzione con buccia di limone, e un pizzico di sale. poi unire il latte alle uova e fare bollire per un paio di minuti. ed il gioco è fatto. (è meglio portare solo il latte ad ebollizzione per un solo semplice motivo, in modo che lo zucchero con le uova non si appiccichi sul fondo della pentola, per evitare che non si bruci tutto.

I know the people posting here are not exaggerating when they say this is a disturbing scene. I used to watch this all the time as a child simply because it was so trippy. This sequence alone used to make my head spin. Add the camel's hallucinations and the land of lunatics and you see why this isn't on DVD yet. Those 70's animated flicks like The Mouse and His Child were very questionable. Post Vietnam War cartoons didn't give a damn. Innocence was already lost.

ciao gredy, e la prima volta che scrivo su questo sito, veramente sono rimasta colpita da come fai il pandispagna in modo cosi meraviglioso,pero avrei bisogno di consigli se permetti.Ho fatto il tuo pds, le uova scrivevano, , solo che il colore era piu forte poiche le uovano erano piu rosse, stesso procedimento, lo messo in forno era cresciuto bene, per la prima volta non cresceva sempre piu alto in mezzo, pero poi quando ho spento e dopo 5 minuti ho aperto non era piu dello stesso volume

Non ti preoccupare anche io a casa di mia mamma anni fa avevo un forno a gas e uscivano pan di spagna bellissimi e per nulla pallidi. Evita il ventilato, ma regola la temperatura media se riesci noi oramai ci avevamo preso la mano per cui appena la lancetta arrivava a un certo punto noi infornavamo ;-) Visto che e bella alta direi che 9 uova e meglio. La temperatura medio bassa, non ti importa se sta di piu cuoce meglio eheheh Ciaoo presto Baciuzzi

Cara signora, Sabato ho fatto il suo dolce per la prima volta per la gioia della mia famiglia. Oggi ho portato la mia seconda creazione in ufficio per i colleghi... il voto è stato 9 e mezzo solo perchè un 10 (così hanno detto) mi avrebbe fatto sentire appagata e non avrei portato più niente. per l'ultima lievitazione quella cioe dove e gia intrecciata e spennellata di burro, io la metto in forno caldo a 50°C ma spento con un pentolino di acqua bollente per circa 30-40 dipende da molti fattori, ma cmq quando e raddoppiata la si riesce dal forno, si accende il forno a 200°C quando e caldo infornare e se si ha metere una piccola pirofila con dell'acqua dentro il forno, se no spruzzare dell'acqua aprendo lo sportello dentro il forno ogni 5 minuti per i primi 15 minuti,

L'angelica viene come una brioche, e serve la farina Manitoba perche essendo piu forte e' adatta a questo tipo di lievitazione. Se vuoi puoi provarla con la farina 00 e sostituendo meta' di latte con acqua per renderla piu leggera. Aggiungi i liquidi poco alla volta perche la farina 00 ha un'altro modo di assorbire i liquidi dalla Manitoba ;-) Se fai come ti ho scritto sopra ti viene benissimo lo stesso ;-) Poi quando trovi la manitoba provala e vedrai se c'e differenza ;-) Ciao !!!

Sbagliato perche il burro nelle crostate si mette dopo aver ben incorporato le uova con lo zucchero e un po di farina cosi poi da poterlo lavorare incorporando il burro. ;-) Poi se a te viene piu comodo cosi fai pure ma il metodo giusto e questo, per fare la crostata. Ciaooo!!!

Puoi usare al posto del burro anche l'olio di semi di mais, anche nelle preparazione di torte puoi sostituire il burro con l'olio di semi, non in tutte giusto ma nella maggior parte puoi sostituirlo benissimo ;-) Ciao

E' venuta!!! Cioè, è leggermente troppo cotta ma buona (usato marm.mirtilli senza zucchero). Probabilmente i forni elettrici non sono molto precisi con i termostati e forse i miei 180° sono un poco di più! Io ho usato la margarina e viene comunque buona, la prossima volta provo a ridurre di 50gr. che mi sembrava un pò troppo unta a fine impasto. Grazie, ora vado a leggere sul sito per qualche dolce da presentare a Natale ed inizio ad allenarmi! :)

Forse avrai cotto troppo perche ti sembrava chiara? Cmq viene croccante come una crostata se la vuoi piu morbida metti una punta di coltello di lievito per dolci, ma essendo istantaneo fai riposare molto meno, e quando la metti nella teglia fai debordare un po' perche puo succedere che ri ritrae un po'. Io invece ancora malaticcia grrr, per la tosse, miele di eucalipto ;-) Ciao!!

Ciao!! io li ho fatti ieri!! però ho fatto delle dosi completamente diverse, dato che avevo solo 150 gr di cioccolato (una tavoletta classica) sn stata attenta alle proporzioni delle quantità e difatti mi sono usciti 4 tortini. tuttavia, io diminuirei la quantità dello zucchero...mamma mia se sono dolci!!!

Anche la prima volta che lo feci avevo paura che mettendole le uova sul fuoco si cucinassero, invece non e successo, forse perche ho mescolato appena messo l'uovo o forse perche a bagnomaria a fuoco medio, boh. Per il burro negli stampini, ho paura di consumarne di piu facendolo sciogliere, e poi quello consumato lo butto, non credo si possa riusare. Grazie tantissimo Un abbraccio Lory

Ti ringrazio per i complimenti, sei gentilissima. Per la ricetta avevo provato con piu uova se non sbaglio c'e ne volevano 10 per la stesa quantita di cioccolato, ma mi piace questo che ne ha di meno :-)
