Here is what happens to me when I listen to this song. Do a urube for: Marie Digby - Stupid For You (Original Song). Look for her in the light blue dress. Has ro be light blue dress. Click that video. Then, around 0:28 you will see a dog approach her. The dog walks up to her, suffering her lame sort of pitch, he whimpers. LOL, I thinka I be gotten a new friend. :) Well, I say science is more important because of the simple fact, tone generates pitch and melody. Tone, which is the science of sound waves, is way way more important than what an artist plays musically, from the "heart". Not "at" heart mind you, but as a source for human hearing. This is why I hate this song. I hear all sorts of weird tones/pitiches from them that make my muscular system lock up and cringe. I have to turn it off real quick or I hurt.

see i don't agree with the idea of music as a science. I understand that the THEORY of music is almost mathematical, however music itself, in its purer form is more of an art. Just got back from the West End. Armies of homeowners and business owners are down there putting it all back together. It's Texas, not New Orleans. It will all be back up and running, one way or another. It is likely that a lot of folks who are older, may not feel like rebuilding, but someone else will buy their property and rebuild. We lost some landmarks, like Murdoch's and the Balinese, a lot of the big fishing piers, too. Thanks again to all of the folks who came to Texas to help!

hang on there - i'm not gonna dispute that steve perry and glen campbell are great singers, but if steve perry could still sing, he would. that guys voice got blown out around the time journey recorded 'frontiers'. ...and this video isn't new. it's easily 25 years old. again - i support you in theory but you have a few facts wrong. every great singer has their day in the sun, but that day comes to an end sooner or later.

Now, THIS is TALENT! No technology to help him out! That's ONE of the ways to identify good music. A true talent can actually sing even years later and sound as good! It's a shame our children won't see this...today's singers (if that's what they call them) can't carry a TRUE tune in a bucket w/o help to "clean" up their voices. Mr. Campbell is probably one of the most talented Guitar players to come down the road! The fusion of jazz with with country is mind numbingly spactacular. Brad Paisley Steve Vai, Neal Schon. It's really Amazing just how great he is... I'm speaking from experience here, I'm not a novice. I'm a professional Musician and have worked with some of the best there is. The song is TIMELESS!
