Besides, any intelligence professional knows that EITs DO NOT WORK. These are not "harmless" tactics. We base GITMO proceedures off SERE but SERE is a training process. When its all over, the personel know they would make it. For the GITMO detainees (some of whom are innocent) its a never-ending hell that builds vengance.

The prisoners there are being detained without charge or trial, meaning they are innocent of all crimes until evidence is produced. If they're guilty, they need a fair trial and lawyers.
