This was my grandmother's most favorite song. She was very sad when she heard this. She said it reminded her of when her last child left home, her youngest son and she was all alone. My grandfather had gone on many years before. The harmony here is the best I have ever heard in my life. Vince. What a voice and talent. This is the way we used to sing many years ago. Another time, almost another life.

What a singer,what a Gentleman! Vince was nice enough to walk over and visit with my elderly mother and have his picture taken with her and my sister several years ago at the OKC airport. They didn't ask him to come over; he just did it on his own, to their delight. Love this song from this classy guy.

I wanted to mention that Amy and Vince had an on-going affair in the 90s while they were both each still married to their first spouses, before they got divorced and remarried. The whole affair, divorce, remarriage was completely adulterous and it DESTROYED two families. I cannot imagine that Amy's first husband (Gary) or Vince's first wife (Janis) or their children, are very happy about this. It was a very sad, regretable thing that Amy & Vince did. Shame on them both.

I can't believe what I am seeing and hearing. It sounds like 80's country. In that, the production is as if they put some New Wave (A-ha, Bangles?) guy in the production booth. Bob Wills did it in 1941, and he did it right. It's timeless and it still sounds amazing. Part of history. You will hear the roots of Rock and Roll in Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys. This song and video are just weird, and he changed the lyrics and rhythm of the song completely. This isn't even Lil' Liza Jane.
