False!! Although the g-spot is not as easy to find or identify, it does exist. Once stimulated (usually through deep penetration), it can enhance and intensify an orgasm. And yes, there is definately a connection between ones emotions and the quality of an orgasm.

This is the area also thought to be where the g spot is. While the study has several flaws, to their credit the authors make it clear that this is a small sample and they don't really know what their findings mean.

An Italian study in the Journal of Sexual Medicine, used ultrasound technology to look at the genital physiology of twenty women, nine of whom reported having orgasms from vaginal penetration without clitoral stimulation and eleven of whom reported having never had an orgasm from vaginal penetration alone. Are you claiming that this is a hypothesis, when in fact, it is a well described phenomenon. Women and men have wet dreams (nocturnal emissions) without any stimulation whatsoever of the vulva. What is your response? Clearly there is a cerebral/psychological component which you do not take into account. Your explanations are quite mechanical and we know that emotions play a great role in determining the magnitude and quality of an orgasm. This is NOT A HYPOTHESIS.

I welcome an intellectual discussion on this topic but I believe your terms are incorrect. A cystocele is a pathologic structure commonly produced as result of pregnancy. The area designated as the "g-spot" is considered an erotogenic zone that has no relation to preganancy or pathology. My response is that I don;t understand your point. For some women/ear, kissing their ear is erotogenic despite the absence of a sex organ there.

Grafenberg in 1950 hasn't discovered any G-spot! G-spot is a misunderstanding (and a business): area know as G-spot is only a space with minor resistance (see cystocele). In sexual education we should spread certainties for all women and not hypothesis. Orgasm is possible in every woman always because caused by vulva and only one kind of orgasm exists the female orgasm...
