I played FF3 on NES in a translated ROM, pretty good, now if I can get my mits on a DS I can hit up 3 on it. but still, FF5 was released on the GameBoy Advance with several other games that didnt get released in the USA before. still any game on Nintendo regardless of how bad it may seem is still a winner. it all depends on the company who makes the game for nintendo that can yield the results. now if Squarenix can make a decent franchise on a Nintendo system besides FF we'll all be set!

1 slight problem. I happen to have Final Fantasy 5 on both Game Boy advance. And on Playstation 1. The Playstation release was back in 1999. How do I know this? Well I happen to have it. And I have played it. And leveled up. Beaten it also. The secret to all Square Soft RPG's But ff8. Grinding up your levels. Only a fool would not do this. Also I can prove that I have beaten FF5. No matter how you see it, FFVII is and will always be remembered for taking gaming to a new level and therefore will always be one of the greatest games ever made. I can't see any reason for them not to remake this. The other three groundbreaking titles on the Playstation have already been remade (Metal Gear Solid, Resident Evil and Tomb Raider) to great effect. I can understand some people complaining about remakes, but I'd rather have the great games of the past remade for current gen graphics rather than endless sequels of rubbish games that the manufacturers seem to love at the minute

Getting up on expansions has little to do with macro itself for pro gamers. It's about build orders, timing and gaining advantages. Example: protoss opens 2gate goon and terran opens siege exp (instead of FD rush) now the protoss will be behind in economy and it has nothing to do with macro, it's just the selection of a build order and it's done based on map/positions/risk of getting killed or chance of killing your opponent early.

It's not going to happen because of contracts. Final fantasy I-VI are from Nintendo. If going to be a remake, let be original and what company belong to first. So IV and VI-DS VII-Sony (yeah!) maybe 10 remake because it also a classic, too. P.S. I don't image the esper "freakin' out". They just faries. :P

I agree with u a lil bit I sell video games and systems Ive been doing it for a while And while you are right that dvds are meeting their end its still not for few years One big reason is the price of course a $200 360 or a $400 ps3 the choice is simple Kids make up the gaming world so having a system they cant afford dosent make much sence In a few years? for me it was the fact that Tetsuya Nomura was hardly involved in it lol,also to me it wasnt really a final fantasy, just another fantasy game with chocobo's and moogle substitutes, not to mention that 1nce you get to a certain level and you have a certian piece of equipment, the end boss is too easy compared to boss's in the previous games. I will say i love the hunts though, thats 1 of the reasons why i keep playing it

Eminence Symphony Orchestra performed the piece composed by Nobuo Uematsu called 'One Winged Angel' released with the Playstation game by Squaresoft (now Square-Enix) called 'Final Fantasy VII'.
The piece was performed at the Sydney Town Hall at the a concert known as A Night in Fantasia during October 2005

Oh, I saw and heard this at the Eminence Night in Fantasia concert last year at and I have to say, that was the best night of my life. It was so unexpected, they said there was going to be a suprise, but when they started playing, I was just so happy, I can't put it into words.
