Judging from my own experience, you can never tell a Ukrainian from a Russian, until he opens his mouth and speaks Ukrolanguage or Russian with ukrainian accent (special pronunciation of G, intonation etc). Because UFC has rules which Fedor is not OK with. Basically, if he signs a contract with them, he will have to have UFC's approval for anything he will decide to do. He will not be able to participate in TV shows etc. They will also not allow him to compete in combat sambo at home in Russia which he always does. Obviously nonsense to him.
