Did you just list the i-Drive as a positive? Oh and as far as electronics and interior go, the M5 has pretty much the same stuff as the 550i, with a few added badges. What goes in to the $25,000 increase is the V10 and the name (p.s. the name accounts for about $20,000). I would not consider the interior treatment of an M5 to be better than a caddy. I'm not hating on either car, but I have been a BMW owner for quite awhile and yet am suprised at cadillac for what they have done with the CtsV.

The M5 has a better interior, i-Drive and better ergonomics. Not to mention the best seats in the Autoworld. And the lovely V10 engine. This car has a cheapened interior. It's virtually the same as the V6 CTS just with suede on the seats. Wow, big improvement. The M5 justifies it's $25,000 premium over the 550i, the Caddy's extra money is just for GM to get out of debt.

Lastly, my point isn't that Dylan is some sort of ripoff merchant. Perhaps I used too strong of a tone and of word choice. I was always rather impressed by Dylan when songs familiar to me and many others of similar upbringing in Ireland, would turn up in various forms in his early records. My point is, though, that though, say, Moonshiner is a traditional tune, it's likely as not that Dylan heard it from the Clancys, just like many other songs he was influenced by.

But no 4 wheel drive system and tractioncontrol to get it on the road, and come on... 6.2 litre engine, that should have atleast been 620hp, seeing Audi does 580hp out a 5 liter V10 (the 550hp was from the 4.2 liter 2004 version). Don't get me wrong, the CTS-V is probably beter than any US car out there (well, maybe not the Z-06), but point is, US manufacturers are working their ass off to get to european standards.. We only have to improve upon ourselfs ;)
