Yeah, I had an ear infection once and the doctor used this tiny wire with a plastic tip on it to get the wax out. While he was doing it, I was digging my finger nails into my leg because it was so horrible (more like a form of torture than a medical treatment) Anyway, my mother started laughing and he looked at her and said very seriously, "This isn't a joke. It really does hurt like Hell." Sweet Vindication! I kinda started laughing. And then my leg started bleeding. =-)
