She does need to throw herself into it more but its still a great performance. And natural talents often have lessons to enhance themselves, if they didn't they would never improve which is a waste. Besides its probably better to focus on technicalities than to screech your way through it as I've heard some do.

If you watch a different talk he gave, or it might be one of the audio only ones at w w w . b s w a . o r g, he tells the story about the farmer collecting shit instead of collecting the eggs.
