IN UNA SOCIETA' COSI' FALSA E DI MERDA che ha generato figli inquieti alla ricerca di valori veri e non finti e diparte, riesce a dominarsi(anche se non sembrerebbe ma recita...) e soprattutto a dominare(anche se non sembra ma e' cosi') e a trasmettere una carica enorme ma allo stasso tempo fa si che alcuni fans potenzialmente e apparentemente pericolosi per se stessi, IN REALTA' NON LO SIANO. Un specie di salvatore, anche se forse la maggioranza dei fans non se ne rendono conto!

It has nothing to do with being white. Jill Scott is a pop singer who occasionally chooses to sing jazz. Listen to Ella or Carmen Mcrae - those are strong black women and REAL jazz singers. Jill Scott is the opposite of both of those women to me. She over-sings most notes and throws her voice around. Excuse me for voicing my opinion and in a mildly articulate, non-flaming manner that had absolutely nothing to do with racism. Take a look at yourself and stop accusing other people.

He isn't ignoring the composition in my opinion. In fact listen carefully from 2.05 to 2.20, and I'm pretty sure the majority of his ideas are coming directly from the songs melody at that point in the changes. And arguably they are both scatting, just her vocabulary is very blues/soul and his language is very bebop, which is understandable given their musical identities. I'm promise not being contrary either, I think your opinion is as valid as mine...

GBenson is a guitarist above all else, so he's singing all his guitar lines...but with his voice. Scott is singing things she just hears in her head. they are both great just George has stronger harmonic ideas. maybe. who cares.

tend to forget that really great musicians can play real instruments and sing so well without all the false enhancements of todays technology - this guy is even featured on Frank Sinatra albums - lineage indeed for a truly great jazz guitarist - grew up with this from Breezin & In flight in the 70s to live in Wembley Arena 1980 Give Me The Night tour and Albert Hall mid 1990s - and beyond -certainly a wonderful part of my life I'll never forget - long may you play George - even my kids like you
