For those of you saying that this is the Stripped version off the CD, you're wrong, but not THAT wrong. This is similar enough in rendition to it that they'd both satisfy the same nuances in preference that would lead people to prefer the Stripped version to the normal one though. However, they are definitely different if you check the endings. Start from there and you'll begin to see where the two versions differentiate. Excellent song and Gavin always does it justice.

Not really. Here's why: - God is complex as ****. The notion that such a complex thing could arise from nothing is awfully goddamn far fetched. - A singularity is the very definition of randomness. It's just a whole bunch of superdense mass energy. By the way, Dawkins talks about belief (in The God Delusion) not with a possible worlds model, but with a probabilistic model. He says that if you think the probability that something (like fairies in the garden) exists is vanishingly small, then to be agnostic about it is wimpy. Most of us are willing to make that statement "I believe there are no fairies in the garden" because it seems very highly unlikely that there are.

Believing that God does not exist is the sensible belief to have in the absence of any evidence for the existence of God! Just as it makes sense to believe that there are no fairies in the garden.
