whts up ppl,has any1 had any problems with the bcd2000 once all the driver and bc-dj software has been uploaded,because i tried doing it and as soon as i double clicked on the bc-dj software it came up with the main screen then one of those little window boxes came up saying,something to do with the driver/software windows has to close this software or somethink on them lines,please sum1 help me

Hola. Uso las dos salidas que tiene la BCD: una de las salidas es de output, que está detrás de la BCD. La otra es la de phones. Para poder hacer esto tienes que abrir la ventana que te sale pinchando en el icono de la BCD en el area de notificaciones de windows, y seleccionando el modo de funcionamiento "advanced", o algo así... Activando este modo puedes usar la salida de output y la phones de la BCD como si se tratasen de dos salidas de audio stereo independientes.

Because the point of this all is to use the BCD as the module wich controls the transport (play, pause, cue, scratching, seeking... the things you do with the decks) and an external mixing dor mixing the tracks. I've ran tables through the BCD, literally just past them through the BCD and not through the software. I would be fine for home but noise passes through the signal and the volume is very low so you have to turn the volume up which in turn makes the noise passing through even louder. Its OK for home but would not recommend doing a gig that way. If your gonna run traktor scratch it comes with the audio 8 card so use that.

I don't know the diffences between the bcd 2000 and the 3000. However, realize that this mappings are made in two parts: the rules that MIDI Rules uses, and the mappings in traktor (the tks file). So, if you want to make it work in the Hercules console, you could fit to the same mappings (tks file), but, since the original MIDI signals that the Hercules console will be different than the BCD, you'll have to rewrite the MIDI rules set...

does anyone know if the downloadable MIDI .tks file for traktor works with the 3000 as well as the 2000? everyone seems to think they're practically the same thing with a few bugs worked out, so odds on it will, but i'd rather be sure before buying one. I spent ages writing out my own presets for the hercules mp3 controller but now i want a bcd 3000 and if i can use it the way you use that 2000, my setup would be PERFECT.

the bcd2000 is pretty good for 125$ i like it much better than the total control the total control is twice the price and terrible, and the bcd is one of the few midi controllers that can act as an external mixer the vestax is just silly for the price most dj controllers rely on the laptop's soundcard, which creates a large loss in sound quality it doesn't really seem to make that much of a difference when i do shows bottom line, bcd2000 is worth it if you want to mess with software issues

mixing with this stuff is quite easy , but sometimes not so good sound quality and sometimes error with drivers can appear . For example if you make faster move with line or something . Drivers for this console aren´t updated since january 2007 , maybe try bcd 3000 , bit more expensive but with Traktor 3 and drivers are updated , otherwise I´ve got bcd 2000 .

Don't take this one, it cost just $125, for that price they can't make any quality. You should go for numark, or just install a mixing program on your PC, like BPM Studio (dont copy it illegal!)

Hey, instead of celebrating your sense of sarcasm, please give appropiate answers... this is not a mixer, it's a midi controller to control dj software... it has a built in soundcard but the mixing happens inside of a computer... and yes it has a midi-fader which can be used as a crossfader...

No Sir, I use Traktor 3.3 on a PC all day long. Download the PC version demo from native-instruments website. On a further note I did try deckadance. I didn't like it. Way too many performance issues compared to Traktor. Virtual DJ is also a good choice. Very easy to master. But I did not see an option to save loops, which I depend on a lot with Traktor.

dude i gotta know how did you get the jog wheels to work with deckadance, ive been trying for ages, all i can get them to do is pitch bend, i really need to be able to search through the track using the wheels, also i cant figure out how to get the midi learn thingy working properly, so i have to make do with the BCD2000 presets that come with deckadance Any help would be much appreciated cheers

hi there i have just bought the bcd2000 i got it working all on my computer,but now and then my computer just goes to a blue screen then i have to restart my computer,the computer said it was the driver,so i went onto the behringer website and i tried downloading the driver but it didnt work,can you give me any advice?,or tell me if you had this problem,cheers

i havent figured out how to use the pc sound card for playback but you can just simply use a cable which connects your bcd to your pc speakers. so no amplify needed.

i think i actualy wanna buy it just for fun to work out ideas when i'm on a vacation or something... It's easy to take with you becouse of the little weight and small size. It loses that moments of frustration if you got that 2 track that of you wanna know if they would fit together but haven't got the oppertunity for on that moment. Allthough i'm buying it second hand for the change, for that it would'nt cost me that much if it isn't anything worth to work (read: playing) with.

no, it is made for digital mixing with a computer even though you can technically mix vinyl with it. The feel of any standard dj mixer is superior to this for standard deck usage. For beginners get numark, or pioneer. Allen & heath if you can afford it is the best. Bottom line... 2 or 4 channel dj mixers for vinyl. Either that or 2 channel scratch mixer if desired.
