If you can play acoustic drums you can play electric drums. But if you can only play electric drums you can't play acoustic.

Liked the beginning but then it all started to sound the same. The were not any variatons in your solo,, After 2 minutes is became boring. But some nice tenchniques you got there:P However can you play acoustic drums as well? I like that a lot more than electric drum you can put some feeling in it. And on acoustic kits not every drummer sounds the same. At least that's my opinion.

You are a great drummer and I love the td-20 I am looking to find the money to get one. I have a td-6xt. Your vids sound great but maybe you should think about playing the drum through the computer and use headsets so the sound will be clearer and mre defined. Just want to help make your videos more effective. Thanks for sharing with us and keep it up

I am playing on a Roland TD20...they are quite expensive though...check out any of the other Roland lines for the best beats for your money. BzB :-)

Sorry if this seems like a noob questions but what kind of e-kit is that? I usually play on my PDP at home but its getting difficult because of neighbors and was wondering if you had any recommendations? thanks.

They do...The ones I had did not...that was until someone told me that...and then all of a sudden they started chewing up the head. I use plastic beaters now...made by Pearl. BzB :-)

TD12 has the TD-20 style hats now, that's the real differense maker. I don't know that that's cheap, good e-drums cost a buttload, but at least that's a new option out there. If you're just looking for great sound, get any old kit and trigger Toontrack or some other sampler - I've seen kids coming up with crazy good sound that way on crappy e-kits - but if you want feel you will pay for high-end Rolands.
