If only they knew acting is not war, its not even sport, where the winner is declared. Acting is not about destroying the other person (thats bad acting) what sort of people go to movie to see SRK destroy AB or DK destroy AB? Acting is all about doing justice to a role. If DK did great justice then he is not a legend for no reason, so he deserves. AB has done great movies in past and recently from social angle (Black), which is what all great actors should do after becoming commercial success.

Now this is just a movie and two great and talented actors did their bit in the movie. DK and AB cannot be compared-firstly they belonged to different eras and secondly comparing them is not being fair 2 either of them. People who compare them are mainly doing it for their own egos(unfortunately Indo-Pak, hindu-muslim spill over). Most of them are arm chair experts. I totally agree with Faiz. Dilip Saheb had a much more author backed role than Amitabh did in this movie. However, I think Amitabh held more than his own against Dilip Saheb. Any other actor would have been completely over-shadowed by Dilip saheb in that role.

I am a huge fan of Amitabh and enjoyed this movie. Both gave great performances but in my opinion Dilip Kumar was slightly better. It was fantastic to see these two actors together in one movie. Actually I don't really care who was better, I just enjoyed the movie with these two icons. In the same way I try to enjoy a movie with SRK and Amitabh. Why hate? I rather choose to enjoy it.

This is one of my favorite movies. Amitabh did a fabulous job just as did Dilip. Dilip had the meatier role in this movie therefore he outshined Amitabh. It is not a fair comparison. Amitabh has done as good work as Dilip in umpteen movies i.e. Deewar, Chupke Chupke, Silsila, Cheeni Kum, Jhoom Barabar Jhoom, Sarkar, (I have not seen Sarkar Raj as yet), etc, etc. They are both consummate professionals and if the director and the script calls for it they tone it down.

She ruined Salman's and Vivek's life...Salman was able to rise above and get his career back on track, but poor Vivek...still can't find good movies, and tries to beg forgivness from Salman!
