Yea, there is no doubt that the government and educational systems of the US make a blatant effort to villainize communism. It is a perfectly reasonable ideology. The thing is, the government and corporations don't really want to see their empire that they are in complete control of crumble. I don't know about Yugoslavia, but in Romania, comunism nostalgics are frouned upon. Sure, there was less crime, thievery, coruption, there weren't drugs... but we still remember the long lines, waiting to buy 1 carton of milk per person, the hunger, the terror, the securitate, the 22 hours a day without warm water, the 8 hours a day without electricity and so on... back then we had plenty of money, but no food. Now we have plenty of food, but no money.

thank you...communism is not bad at all. Its how you put it to work, and even then you have to live in it to understand good and bad. To me as an Yugoslavian communist I'd reather live in Former Yugoslavia then "Democracy"(US) that I live in now. 1) I would be in my own country. 2) I was more free(from drugs, ciminals, drinking/smoking age....on and on) 3)Free schooling and healthcare...I could go on and on but my character count is running out :)
