I think once you experience that then you will that there is higher being. Like i said I can't describe it or show you, if you never encounter it than maybe religion is not for you. I try my best to not impose my views on others...to each its own.

I guess I just see things differently. I am not a follower of the Bible because I believe it contradicts itself. But that is what I have taken from it. Everyone takes something different. I will say that I do believe in a higher being, whether you call him Lord, God, Buddah ,Jah...whatever. I can't describe when I listen to certain songs (gospel or christian) something fills my soul.

I know you're probably tired of commenting back and forth but I will say that I am going to pray for you. You seem to have a good heart judging by some of the things you write. I am a Christian and I do belive but, we are not zombies! ALL of us have fallen short and we have ALL sinned! Everyone has a mind of their own just some of us choose to go back to our religion to better ourselves. I hope you understand this and I hope u choose to do things to better yourself as well!

I haven't read the history behind your exchange, but this entry caught my attention. Lut, I have had a relationship with the Lord for over 20 years now. As far as I am concerned, if hell wasn't an issue, I would still take this relationship. God's love is so great. I encourage you to seek after God instead of seeking to disprove religion. It's not about religion--it's about relationship.
