no, it depends what direction the skater is spinnin, lemme explain: if u spin in the direction of ur toes thats a BACKSIDE, if u spin in the direction of ur heels, it a frontside, in this case, he is doin a backside 180 kickflip.

hey man that's way better than what i could do at 3 months just slow it down and perfect it then get to the hard stuff also u might want to try something a little easier than a jerry c song for example just use 3 strings start with the g string 14th fret then b string 13th fret and then e string 12th fret and back up work on makin ur right hand move at the same pace as ur left, because it's not actually picking, but strumming individual notes if that makes since keep on rockin

Slow down the tempo, and maybe work on small 3 string sweeps first. Then when you have a few small arpeggios down go to 4 string sweeps and so on. Also, is your guitar out of tune?
