Yes, Your opinion is right. Which singer a person likes is his/her personal taste. Both Hamako and Yoshiko had many common durability songs. Songs under the same reasons were "shina no yoru", "itoshi anohoshi".

The Conposer Hattori Ryouichi said, I composed this movie theme song assuming Li Xianglan singing. She sang this song only in the movie. As for her song, it was released a record after WW2.
