Thanks for watching my videos...I really enjoy making them...I ONLY use the reconstructor every other week after my shampoo...the reconstructor is a lite protein treatment so you would want you use that as a co-wash conditioner...try something like VO5 or another moisturizing conditioner...I hope this helps if not just let me know...

You are a product junkie like me. I need to go to products anonymous lol. Since you air dry your hair like me I have a product that I can rec. It's Aveda elixer. Most of thier products are good but expensive. the elixir is not compared to the others. It's a great leave in and it kind of makes your hair straight if you twist it into a bun while it's damp. Try a (take home) sample, they usually give them out if you ask;)

I would suggest you go see a licensed cosmetologist. I cant think of anything homemade that you could try for excessive shedding but the aphogee 2 minute reconstructor does wonders for me when Im shedding...also are you deep condtioning your hair after every wash?

dr. miracle's stimulating moisturizing growth oilis nice. shampoo your hair with it in that's best. or you can have the sew-in taken out when then shampoo your hair and then a week before your salon visit for your relaxer. that way it won't be tomuch build up on your hair for the relaxer to break your hair down. so when you do that just where in a ponytail to disguise your need for the relaxer. alright sorry about the novel, but hope this helps!!!!!

girl you look just like solange knowles. you hair is banging! i love it! i would suggest using a herbal no water cleanser. cause everytime you wash, your braids will loosen so i suggest trying to clean your scalp that way. please DO NOT use oil sheen while you have your sew in cause that will cause it to weigh down and look dull and you will have to wash more fequently. try using less products as possible. Good luck!

I know that "ideally" the hair should be washed with a clarifying shampoo and maybe do a protein treatment and a DC then a week later relaxed...but when I took my braids out back in october...I could not even run a comb through so the next day....straight to the salon. Good luck with that :-)

I just got the realities and it does smell really good! You should try Realities Sweet Desire it is the same bottle but it is a dark pink color and it smells even better than the original. I had celine dion spring in paris perfume and it smelled so good but didn't last so I returned it! Wish I could have kept it. What does Glow smell like? I want a JLO perfume but I am only familiar with Live luxe and I wanted to try a different one.

What type of regular condtioner are you using? Those sound like good leave in but you need to apply a water bases moisturizer then seal with the oil...I would suggest using a moisturizer daily and sealing with oil daily..

hi, I have a question about moisture. I have been trying to get my hair healthy and have been following all the rules washing, deep conditiong etc. however I have noticed that My hair is still dry. I have been moisturizing with nutrogena triple moist leave in and also nexxus humectrus leave in moisture and sealing it with wild growth hair oil and still somewhat dry. right now i am trying plastic wrap and tying my hair down. please any advice. :(

I bought Vatika Coconut oil, Dabur Amla oil, and Shikakai Powder. So far I can only use the coconut oil since my hair is in braid extensions. I used a spray bottle, rubbed it in my scalp, and used on my ends at night. I like it. I will make it a staple for my natural hair. When i take the braids out i will do a pre-poo with amla oil and then use the shikaki powder.

Just to let you know I used Amla oil on my hair, I had a bald spot, about two monts ago, and it worked very well for my hair. The bald spot is covered and growing quite nicely. I have to say that is was because of that oil. I highly recommend it.

I have been a Creme of Nature fan for years! I was on a hair forum message baord, and I read some experts talking about Creme of Nature red and green label. Can you please explain to me what is the red and green label is. I noticed that they changed the look of their bottles. They are now orange. I have the Kiwi and Citrus Ultra Moisturizing Shampoo and Chamomile and Comfrey Nourishing Conditioner. But what the heck are the green and red labels????

Maybe I should try that particular bottle because the cream of nature that I used stripped my hair and that was the black bottle so I did my RESEARCH came to find out that they are good sulfates and BAD sulfates for hair and that bottle listed one of the bad ones so I think imma stick with my doo gro moisturizing shampoo......Nice video

This is the best shampoo I have ever used. I use the green label though. I also use a conditioner becasue my hair tends to dry out.

I use the green bottle also for, fine and limp hair....this gives my hair tons of body and it makes it extra soft. Then I follow with the Aphogee 2 min conditioner! They both work really good!
