Microsoft has screwed with me for the last, first i got the RRoD two years ago, so i sent it in and got a new one, Then the ****ing Vista OS that i got sucks ball, PC crashed after 3 months, then after this "lovely" update my xbox is going in and out of the RRoD state and/or the video gets all screwy.....What have i concluded,....THEY NEED TO FIX THIER S*** BEFORE THEY EVERY RELEASE ANYTHING AGAIN, IM TIRED OF IT, plus i will never trust Microsoft again....pricks!!!!!!

You can now update from the NXE preview to the final version, just plug your network cable/wireless adaptor in and sign on to live. You will not get banned and everything such as avatars, photo sharing and Netflix will work.

Dude, did you honestly not know you can install the first beta of the NXE? It's not fake, if you think it is. It's really quite simple. So, he probably just has his PC plugged into some type of PC oriented input.
