I honestly don't think that ImproveEverywhere intended it to be a joke on Fox. I've watched a bunch of their vids and some are good some not. They usually have time to THINK about their gigs and plan them. Fox News contacted them and 13 days later they came up with HUGS and it stunk. They wanted on Fox but the pressure to get it done in short order resulted in bad outcome. They came up with the joke on Fox to save face. JMHO.
