I sure love my Benchmade Mel Pardue auto (3550). 2.9" blade length. Only out of my pocket when I'm using it. I've carried/used it for the past years. It's been opened thousands of times, and is still as reliable as the day I bought it. Bought my dad one too. I love these knives.

My guess is not unless its an auto knife. Of course if its illegal do it at your own discretion of course. Glad there aren't any restrictions I know of in my state of GA. There are loads of good knives you can find that are under 3in blade length anyway. Most of the Benchmade "mini" knives are under 3in blades. So its kickass and legal. Peace.

Was that even English? If you knew anything, you'd come to realize that ALL guns that you can purchase without breaking the law or a owning Federal license, are Semi automatic. Not only are Fully automatic guns twice as expensive + the fee's you have to pay for the License, but they are also hard to come by. Try speaking English, works wonders.
