i understand what you mean about how modern indian films aren't as great as classic indian films however, i think this movie, and some others are definetly exceptions the movies all about drugs and money aren't something to be proud of, but this movie is inspirational and patriotic plus the song is the BEST! :] that's just my opinion though

Well, to be clear, I consider myself American and my loyalties lie here before they do there. Not because I don't want to be Indian, but because I was born and raised in America and I love it. Secondly, I wasn't being literal in saying I was embarassed to have indian parents. I was just expressing how much I hated modern day indian movies. You've never heard that expression before? Look dude seriously if you feel embarrassed to have Indian parents because of the moviesthen you are one very insecure person. Who cares about the movies? Why would you want to be embarrassed because of the movies (now that is gay)? Also why dont you look at the positive side of India...like maybe the cultural values and all that instead of movies? Wow, buddy, you're an idiot... I said the modern indian movies and songs are gay, and they make me embarassed to have indian parents. I mentioned that I liked a lot of the old school stuff. Skin color has nothing to do with being indian, that's one.
