That was not how I expected the match to go when he let hell lose on you and started kicking you are around the stage, and then when you smashed him off the edge first stock, that was pure badass. Ike has one of those satisfying smashes that just make you feel good when they land and you hit them off. On the flip side it's annoying as hell when they land on you.

I revised my ground fighting style, I'm much more likely to go aerial but not as much as Zilla, I have ground attacks down, it is my aerial accuracy that needs the most work. I have improved beyond before, so feel free to challenge me next time you fancy.

Whenever I watch Zilla fight, I cant help but look and see him use a move I would, and then I see how he follows it up, with a slightly different move to how I would do it. I always love watching him fight for that reason. It's obvious you said I prefered ground combat over aerials, watching how Zilla takes you down. Side note, my connection is perfect now, no lag worries, beyond the usual what the hell which rarely happens.

I've found that training enough I have made my weakest pokemon Ivysaur my strongest asset in battle, then followed by Charizard and then Squirtle. Squirtle is the most versatile but I've relied on range a lot in the past so I'm taking my time learning how to work squirtle.

Ike's ability to abuse the low percent damage to score a KO is probably his primary biggest strength in stock matches one on one. I gotta say until recently I hated fighting Ness or Lucas, I realized the friend I played with was taking advantage of every strategy to counter attack Marth. Luckily I mained a new character to strike back. Your play style seems to rely on combos which is obviously more effective than my play style, regardless I'm not without skill as Highlander will attest to. xD

That moment when Ike got caught in Lucas' PK Thunder shockwave was fairly tame, I was sure Ike would have at least slashed and caused damage too. That down slash attack on the second stock was pretty epic man. I like Corey's style, even though he lost a whole stock he didnt go all campy and defensive, it's annoying when people do that, and he proved you dont need to do that to catch up. A slash at 38% is a lethal KO, Ike seriously is strong, great when you've fully utilized his speed and power.

I havent faced off against him but my opinion of Ren is that he is one of those players like Zenshra which are so skilled they can make you look like you dont know what you are doing. But if Ren got owned so badly against a foe people would think he sucks but obviously it usually depends on how skilled your foe is. At least we have got a grasp of this.

Oh shit... Countering with Marth on a ledge, against Ike, it's way too risky. I know because I repeatedly do it. Zilla is badass just for being cocky enough to use it. But this match is legendary.
