The video is not one continuous video. At mark :40-:41 the clock in the upper left corner changes. When the guy says "in the blink of an eye" the car returns. Not so, because one full minute passes and the road is different. As for the very end, you dont actually get to see where the guy drove past the fence. I believe he drove in an opening to the left of where the cops stopped, making it look like he drove through.
