Not to sound ignorant but I try not to worry about the prospect of nuclear war coming true ever.. after I learned so much I was a nervous wreck for a long time, but I told myself that worrying so much wont do any good, nor will it change anything. It's my understanding that the US holstered their guns by removing nuclear weapons from Europe so the Soviets removed theirs from Cuba. No, Reagan was third. I say that because Clinton had better economics,and cared more about what was happening inside the country. Reagan allowed so many criminal acts to happen under his administration, trained Osama, and basically didn't give one shit about what was goin on in the middle east, but was a great comunicator. He was trying to preserve national security at a time when the government had more leaks than the Iraqi Navy. His legislation in congress was deadlocked, and he made several serious blunders like the Bay of Pigs.
