Jeg visste faktisk ikke at The Julekalender var dansk... dette gjør meg trist, jeg var så stolt av denne kalenderen og trodde vi hadde laget den. Akkurat som med Olsenbanden. Det som jeg elsker og som er en del av min oppvekst og våre nasjonalskatter er kopiert fra dansk? Kjedelige greier, men jeg er likevel fornøyd med utfallet. Sad thing is that after Cheers all she did was a couple of films that flopped. Also - I never really much liked it that she paired up with Frazier. I wish that NBC could have forced Shelley Long to stay on Cheers for the entire run of the show, she and Ted Danson were the backbone of the show in the beginning, I think, but the supporting cast was very good as well. It's a shame that the characters of Coach and Woody didn't actually meet on the show though, that would have been neat to have seen.

The vocal on this version is very different from the norwegian, it feels like it's missing some energy compared to Tore Johansen's vocal. I can see how danish people get upset when someone say the other versions are better, its like comparing Lennon's "Working Class Hero" to Green Day's copy. First I got mad and upset, and it felt like they stole it, but if you think about it, it's really a tribute to the late John Lennon, as the Norwegian version tributes De Nattergales creation.

jeg har boet i norge, og INGEN nordmænd/nordmenn (hvordan børn eller voksne) fattede et ord af hvad jeg sagde når jeg snakkede dansk... til gengæld forstod jeg dem, uden problemer. (var 12 år dengang) - hvis i ikke kan forstå sjællands/rigsdansk - hvordan i al verden skulle i så være i stand til at forstå bondsk accent!..

hah! Nordmenn forstår ikkje den danske humoren eller språket? Sånn FYI,Nordmenn e ein av de få som skjønner flest nordiske språk. Det er bevist, og det er faktisk ikkje nordmenn som ikkje skjønner svensk eller dansk, men det er omvendt. Det er ikkje ment som ein fornærmelse, for deres versjon er den orginale. De nattergale er langt sjovere end de norske efterlignere. Man skal være dansk for at forstå det sjove i bondsk/westjydsk accent. Og en del af deres jokes, vil aldrig blive forstået hvis man ikke er dansk.. - derfor kan nordmænd ikke sige at deres er bedre (de forstår ikke den danske)

Siden lavede en norsk gruppe kaldet The Travelling Strawberries en efterligning i 1994. I 1997 lavede den finske gruppe Trio Saletti også en. -enda optaget i Århus! Netop ^^ København blev bombarderet af England under Napoleonskrigene, fordi vi holdte os neutrale, og først derefter holdte vi med Napoleon.. Til krigens slutning. Efter bombardementet overgav vi os til Englands flåde som sejlede væk med vores egen flåde. Samt krævede Norge fri fra dansk område.

Nu er problemet så bare med den påstand de har der, at norsk er et relativt nyt sprog. Mindre end 400 år gammelt. Dansk har været her omtrent så længe som tysk, da dansk stammer fra tysk. Danskerne handlede faktisk med det romerske imperie, hvilket vil sige at dansk har været her i flere tusind år. Ergo vil det helt hen i vejret at påstå andet end at dansk ikke stammer fra norsk. :D
