Ok the link to the games is very sutile. As the video is about being the master of your enviroment and so are all those games. The freerunner is non other then Chase Armitage one of the worlds best IMO

you're 13, there is no way that you will accidentally get so big that it is bad for you. Remember body builders have to train for years to get to the size that they're at, it is not an easy task to get too big. Getting stronger is never bad for you either.

the legs are mostly there to help get your hands in the right position. you could do it with very minimal leg movement. but it would be very hard without any legs.
