I know that anytime that you turn on the radio today you hear absolute crap. But, I always want to tell older folks(of who's music I respect more than my own generation's) that there are great bands. For starters, check out the Fleet Foxes. You won't be disappointed.

It's still here. You just have to hit the internet and the left end of the dial. Little indi college type stations. It's just no longer in pop culture or in the commercial music industry. But then again, that's probably what you meant.
