I cant stand soda. But them juices.... I TELL YOU WHAT. AND LORD not colon cleansing. Did that once. You gonna feel funny for a couple days but it does clean you out. And you do lose weight. And it DOES improves your health. It cleared my skin. Its been years since I had it done but now that you bring it back up! T is def on point with all her topics. KUDOS TO YOU! I often feel better drinking plain water rather than juice. (I never drink Soda). Juice often has as much sugar as soda. But it is good to mix the juice with water.

that was good. all you really need is 3 times a week as far as working out. you can focus on total body which is great but if you can always do the cardio thats what slims everything down and the push ups, abs and the weights will help tone it up. just enough to tone thats it. you can probably add a little more wieght or just increase reps but not lift the whole planet. healthy eating will rounds this off just fine

What an amazing video!! With all my heart, I wish I could have been there. On my lazy street populated by mostly old people, I danced a jig in the street with my 89 y/o neighbor while someone was setting off fireworks on the next street over (it is Pittsburgh! We do fireworks for everything!). After about 15 minutes, a few more people joined us. On the main street, there were hoots and hollers, but nothing like what you have shared with us. I believe not all EVs are malicious, many of them are simply unaware because they are stuck in their patterns of behavior. I have an EV friend who I finally had to break off contact because it was so hard to maintain a high vibrational level around her, and, like you mentioned, I ended up "carrying her" all day long. noticed a glitch when viewing favorites, i have over 10 pages of saved favorites, I click on page 10 & watch a vid from that page, when I hit the back button it returns it page 1 of the favorites and having to click on page 10 every time ive asked my other friends that are on youtube if they have the same issue and they do. youtube needs to reset the hyper links or do some work on it. well one of the things that pissed me off was that you r not able to put your channel transparent anymore the #ffccc code won't work,with that code the channel looked great! the pic in your bg was clear you could see it crearly because the box of your description, videos,favorites,friends etc. didn't have a bg so there were just the words with no bg color. but now we can't plz add that to the note that you r going to send!!!!
